**Designation**: Sr. Dealer/Trade Advisor/ Sr. Trade Advisor Ideal years of

**experience**: 2- 8 years (relevant experience)

**Compensation to be offered** : Between 2.7 lacs to 5.00 lacs pa (fixed) + Incentives (performance driven) Reporting to : Branch Manager / Area Manager

**Role description**:

- Reactivation of clients & acquisition of new clients - open market acquisition, cold calling, through referrals etc
- Trade on behalf of clients
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers
- Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads
- Acquisition of Demat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online)
- Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration
- Meeting & pitching customers
- Generate Equity Business and maintain strong client relationships.
- To ensure adherence to surveillance, risk & deal desk processes Expectations from Dealers/Trade advisors:

- Experienced professionals in acquiring and trading for HNIs' & UHNI's
- Capable of acquiring a big ticket margin (min. 1 lac margin)
- Capable of servicing & leveraging relationship with HNI clients
- In-depth Knowledge about trading in Derivatives
- Have a strong & disciplined approach to Sales
- To work in a compliant and diligent manner
- Mandatory to have NISM Series 8 certification - Equity Derivatives Certificate Examination.

**Incentive Schemes**:

- Lucrative & transparent incentive on Net Revenue and New Trader client acquisition (Online or Offline revenue)
- Incentive payout starts on achievement of targets (client acquisition & revenue generation)
- Can earn up to 4 times of the salary & earn additional 1% revenue on online revenue

- For new joinees (0-6 months vintage), their incentive slabs start at 2x revenue

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
