**Job responsibilities.**

**Lead Generation & Walk-ins**
- Plan and execute marketing activities to ensure a steady pipeline of walk-ins (target: [may be discussed further]).
- Visit schools, tuition centers, and coaching hubs to generate leads.
- Organize micro-events, seminars, and career talks in schools/colleges.
- **Field Marketing**:

- Distribute flyers, posters, and brochures in key locations (schools, coaching centers, hostels, community hubs).
- Coordinate health camps, canopy activities, and mobile promotions if planned.
- Identify and build partnerships with local influencers or community heads
- **Counseling Support**:

- Brief prospective students and parents about Pathfinder’s courses and unique offerings (in support of the counselling team).
- **Digital Support (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Assist in promoting social media campaigns (reel shooting, sharing updates, etc.)
- Coordinate with the company's central marketing team for local digital visibility.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain records of daily visits, leads generated, and footfall.
- Submit weekly activity reports with key metrics (e.g., leads, school visits, events held).
- Any other task/assignment assigned by the organisation

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in English, along with any regional language.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing.
- Maximum 5 Years of experience ( Salary Negotiable ).
- Having a strong understanding of Marketing.
- Flexible with moving on the field.
- Good with Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
