Job Title: Telecaller - Solar and UPS Products

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to the success of our solar and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) product sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products, and persuading them to make a purchase. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our solar and UPS products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our solar and UPS products to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage potential customers to consider our products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for interested customers to receive detailed product demonstrations or consultations with our sales representatives.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and guide customers through the purchase process.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall team goals.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication in English (additional languages a plus).
- **Sales Aptitude**: Proven ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understanding of solar and UPS products or a willingness to learn quickly.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to empathize with customer needs and provide solutions.
- **Target-Driven**: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- **Previous Telecalling Experience**: Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
