**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach and conduct theory and practical sessions in Human Anatomy for medical and allied health science students.
- Develop course materials, update syllabi, and design assessment tools in line with academic requirements.
- Guide students during dissections and help them understand anatomical structures in clinical context.
- Supervise student academic projects, seminars, and internal assessments.
- Support curriculum development and institutional academic planning.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and institutional committees.
- Ensure adherence to academic and ethical standards of the institution.

**Qualification & Experience**

**Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Medical Anatomy (MSc in Anatomy) from a recognized university.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 0-5 years of teaching experience in a medical or allied health college.
- (Fresh postgraduates with strong academic credentials may also be considered for junior faculty roles.)

**Preferred Skills & Attributes**
- In-depth knowledge of gross anatomy, histology, embryology, and neuroanatomy.
- Proficiency in handling cadaver dissections and teaching aids.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.
- Commitment to academic excellence, research, and continuous professional development.
