**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:GST & Taxation**:

- Ensure timely **GST filing** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile **GST returns** to avoid discrepancies.
- Handle **GST audits, input tax credit (ITC) calculations**, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Stay updated with **GST amendments and legal changes**.

**Export Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify **export invoices, shipping bills, bill of lading, packing lists, and other export-related documents**.
- Coordinate with **customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents** for smooth shipments.
- Ensure compliance with **RBI, DGFT, and customs regulations**.
- Handle **Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Realization Certificate (BRC), and Export Proceeds Realization**.
- Manage **MEIS (Merchandise Exports from India Scheme) and duty drawback claims**.

**Accounting & Financial Management**:

- Maintain **accounts payable and receivable records**.
- Prepare and reconcile **ledger accounts and financial statements**.
- Assist in **internal audits, taxation, and statutory filings**.
- Ensure **timely payments of vendor invoices and expense claims**.
- Coordinate with the **CA and auditors** for compliance and taxation matters.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in GST compliance, export documentation, and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally, SAP, or other accounting software**.
- Familiarity with **GST portal, DGFT regulations, and banking procedures**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a **manufacturing or export-import company**.
- Knowledge of **banking processes for export payments and FOREX transactions**.
- Understanding of **customs clearance procedures and trade agreements**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
