**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services or conduct surveys.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues or concerns effectively.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads, collect relevant information, and transfer hot leads to the sales team.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation.
- **Follow-ups**: Schedule follow-up calls with potential or existing customers as needed.
- **Reporting**: Report on call outcomes and provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences or issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales/Target-Oriented**: Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹426,835.16 per year
