**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and create a database of potential leads.
- Event Data Gathering: Assist the Yappes team in capturing relevant leads and contacts during industry events.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, including lead management, follow-ups, and data organization.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate records of leads and prospects.

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts through lead generation, data gathering, and follow-up support. Your role will involve assisting our team in identifying potential clients and tracking engagement opportunities from industry events.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle various projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with effective data management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
