**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Work Mode**: On-site WFO

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound/Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to explain products/services and resolve inquiries.
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- **Communication**:

- Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the company’s offerings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries over the phone.
- **Lead Management**:

- Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address concerns.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.
- Actively participate in achieving team sales objectives.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant team to improve processes.
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports for the manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **English** (speaking, understanding, and comprehending).
- Strong **communication skills** (both verbal and written) in [local language + basic English].
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- **Persuasion and negotiation skills** to convert inquiries into leads or sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Good **time management** and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any certification/course in sales/telecalling is a plus.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience (6 months to 1 year).
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-oriented environment.
