Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries to the restaurant's high standards.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all kitchen supplies.
- Develop new curry recipes and improve existing ones.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
