Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct eye exams and prescribe glasses and contact lenses based on patients' needs
- Diagnose and treat eye problems such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration
- Provide advice on eye care, including preventative measures and treatment options
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advances in optometry and eye care technology
- Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and the use of glasses and contact lenses
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as ophthalmologists and primary care physicians, as necessary
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote Perfect Optics' services

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program
- Active state optometry license
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of optometry and eye care technology
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
