**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, internal use)
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing software
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects
- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all videos
- Color grading, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics as needed
- Maintain and organize video equipment and media files
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend new techniques and technologies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel (if applicable)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or photography is a plus
- Drone certification (if applicable)
