**JOB BRIEF**

We are looking for an excel operator to join our team. As our team member you will have to prepare a quotation in the pre set excel format as per instructions from sales team, you will be responsible for error free quotations. apart from this you will also have to maintain the data of additions and deletions in quotation during the design and execution phase

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Maintaining client data
- Coordinating with sales team and design team
- Preparing quotations as per designs
- keeping track of any changes that are needed to be made in quotations
- accuracy of the data is mandatory

**EDUCATION**

a. Minimum Education : - Graduate in any discipline

b. Technical Education : - UG or PG in Marketing ( Not Mandatory)

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Maximum Experience : - 2 years

b. Minimum Experience : - 0 Years

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu

b. Good communication skills

d. Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

**Other Requirements**

a. Self-Motivated and driven towards sales

b. Strong communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills

c. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

d. Sense of ownership and responsibility towards work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
