The responsibilities of the art teacher includes,
- Plan art & craft lessons appropriate to age and classes
- Inspire students to use their creative skill and nurture an attitude to learn and appreciate art
- Develop and promote self expression through art.
- In consultation with PGTs/TGTsand assist in preparation of educational aids to help children grasp and relate the concepts of science and math.
- Guide students for developing material for different cultural programs /activity at school level

Qualifications:

- A Bachelors degree or diploma or equivalent knowledge, skill and abilities in the art and craft department.
- A minimum of one year experience is appreciable.
- Ability to be flexible and dependable.
- Must have experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Must show a high interest and ability in being creative with art/craft activities and making those abilities to communicate to children to their level.
- Ability to work along with other staff in a respectful and professional manner.

Previous Experience in working with children will be considered a plus.
