**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals**:

- **Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)**:

- **Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)**:

- **In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads platform (formerly Facebook Ads) for campaign creation, management, and optimization**:

- **Experience with performance marketing best practices and attribution modeling**:

- **Design compelling creatives (e.g., images, videos) that resonate with target audiences and achieve campaign objectives**:

- **Analyze social media performance metrics and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement**:

- **Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly**:

- **Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency across all marketing channels**:

- **Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner**
