**Job Title: Business Development Counsellor**

**Job Location**:AMCO Tower, Sector 9, Noida 201301

**Languages Must Know**:English, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati or Bengali

**Responsibilities you would handle**:
1. Engage with students via phone calls, providing guidance on suitable packages/subscriptions to facilitate sales acquisition.

2. Conduct outbound calls, discerning student needs and identifying sales opportunities.

3. Convert prospects into paid subscribers through persuasive communication and teamwork.

5. Cultivate positive PR relationships to enhance sales, while maintaining regular follow-ups to sustain student interest.

6. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and discounts to effectively communicate with potential customers.

7. Deliver monthly audio/video presentations for product evaluation purposes.

8. Establish enduring customer relationships built on trust and satisfaction.

9. Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication towards surpassing business targets.

**What we are looking for**:
2. Graduates with at least 2 years of work experience.

3. Energetic individuals with smart work capabilities, capable of meeting realistic monthly targets.

4. Exceptional communication and persuasive skills are essential.

5. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.

6. Ability to effectively convey information and convince students.

7. Customer-centric approach, adept at working in a fast-paced environment.

8. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

9. Innovativeness in initiating new strategies for customer engagement and sales.

10. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

11. Flexibility in working hours, including holidays, with a willingness to invest extra time for sales achievement.

12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

13. Dedication, focus, and commitment towards assigned duties.

14. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s in any stream

**Compensation**:15K to 25K per month + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments + Incentives

**Employment**:

- **Mode of working**: Work from Office
- **No. of working days**:6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)
- **Shift Time**: 09:30 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 06:30 pm

(Total 08:30 Hours + extra time when needed)
