We’re growing fast and creating high-impact content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We're looking for a creative, driven, and quick-turnaround video editor to help us tell compelling stories and grow our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit short-form video content for **Instagram Reels**, **YouTube Shorts**, and **long-form YouTube videos**.
- Add **captions, transitions, sound effects, trending music**, and **motion graphics** to boost engagement.
- Understand platform-specific content formats, aspect ratios, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Create multiple video drafts quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated on current trends, meme culture, and viral editing styles to keep content fresh.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Basic knowledge of **color grading, audio syncing, and animation**.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and current content trends.
- Portfolio of past work (Reels/Shorts/YouTube videos).

**Nice to Have (Bonus)**
- Experience in motion graphics using **After Effects** or similar.
- Thumbnail design and basic graphic design using Canva/Photoshop.
- Background in content creation or social media management.
