**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:
1. Conduct training sessions, workshops, or seminars on various topics.
2. Prepare training materials, handouts, and visual aids.
3. Adapt training content to meet diverse learning needs.
**Training Development**:
1. Design and develop new training programs, curricula, and assessments.
2. Update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
1. Communicate training schedules, objectives, and outcomes to stakeholders.
2. Build relationships with department leaders to identify training needs.
3. Provide training consultations and coaching.
**Performance Metrics**:
1. Deliver high-quality training sessions with positive evaluations.
2. Achieve training objectives and learning outcomes.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- 3+ years of training experience (corporate, academic).
- Proven track record of effective training delivery.
**Skills**:
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
**Job Type**: Part-time
