**Roles and Responsibilities**

This is a full-time on-site role as an **Agriculture Advisor**.
- Provide technical expertise on crop protection products to farmers on call.
- Analyse data to make informed recommendations, and assist farmers in implementing best agricultural practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication skills.
- Increasing and managing sales
- Focus on customer experience is a must
- B.Sc (Agriculture) degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in agriculture marketing, agronomy, horticulture, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including pest management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Deep knowledge and experience in agriculture and farming practices
- Excellent soft skill and experience in handling customer calls
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting agricultural data
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with farmers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
