**Role Summary**:
**Experience**:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to multitask and manage 2-3 sites simultaneously if required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report daily progress and site updates to project managers and senior staff.
- Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labor attendance, and material records.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

**Salary**:

- ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 2 years (required)
