**JOB DESCRIPTION**
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Bachelor's degree in some Information Systems discipline or 3 year technical degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in File Transfer Systems
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols. Eg: SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, Connect-Direct, FTP-SSL.
- Understanding of PGP encryption/signature and SSH/SSL keys and certificates.
- Knowledge of any FTP tools. Eg: Axway Secure Transport Enterprise, TIBCO, IBM Sterling, etc.
- Knowledge of connectivity failures and troubleshooting methods for FTP issues
- Brief idea about DNS, IP, port numbers, Load balancers and similar network concepts
- Experience in Netcool/Service Now is preferred
- Ability to follow policies and procedures; attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills and decision making ability around complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
- Strong desire and skills in identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
- Effective listening skills
- Work well in a team environment

**Qualifications**:
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering discipline with 03+ years of experience
- Good understanding of file transfer protocols (like SFTS, FTPS, Connect Direct, AS2, S3, etc), ciphers, encryption and working experience on Applications supporting the File Transmissions
- Exposure/Background in ITIL concepts
- Working knowledge on Monitoring Tools and Incident Management
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
