**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Planning**: Plan and schedule regular preventive maintenance for all equipment, machinery, and systems to avoid breakdowns.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead, supervise, and manage the maintenance team to perform repairs, installations, and routine checks.
- **Troubleshooting & Repair**: Diagnose issues with machinery, systems, and equipment and ensure timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet maintenance demands.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor the maintenance budget, identify cost-effective solutions, and report on expenditures.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services when needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, breakdowns, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with [specific machinery or software relevant to the industry].
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management.
- Certification in maintenance management or relevant fields.
- PLC Based machine Experience must required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- maintenance management: 1 year (preferred)
