As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all social media platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyse social media data to improve our online presence. Additionally, you will be actively involved in live sessions and the creation of dynamic videos and reels to enhance

user interaction and promote our brand messages effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive online traffic and engagement, increase followers, and enhance brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage all social media content (including text, images, videos) to engage the audience and promote brand messages.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance user interaction and brand loyalty.
- Participate in live sessions and create engaging reels, videos, and multimedia content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across various social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse social media insights and data to track the success of campaigns, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand the brand's reach.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in managing social media platforms for businesses.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with experience in participating in live sessions and creating multimedia content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:
