- Integrate technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience, using tools such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.
- Encourage students to use digital tools for research, writing, and presentations.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide additional support to students who are struggling with Hindi language skills, including remedial classes or one-on-one tutoring.
- Encourage and mentor students who show a strong aptitude for Hindi literature and language.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as literary clubs, debate teams, and writing competitions.
- Encourage students to participate in regional, national, and international Hindi literary contests and events.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching Hindi.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- Participate in school meetings, committees, and other school events as required.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding academic choices and career paths in Hindi and related fields.
- Help students develop critical thinking, analytical, and interpretative skills through the study of Hindi language and literature.
