The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Managing administration of a cloud-based Project Portfolio Management Application (configuration, API implementation, etc.)
- Planning and implementing new features / functionalities in the Project Portfolio Management Application based on inputs from internal customers and end-users
- Defining and executing test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases to validate functionality of new or existing features against requirements. Document and communicate the plan and results promptly to relevant internal customers.
- Providing recommendations for and implement changes to existing business processes
- Managing an in-system ticketing system to address end-user requests within the defined SLA
- Ensuring that all reports and dashboards developed in the Project Portfolio Management Application and/or Power BI are functional, accurate, and published in a timely manner as per expectations
- Analyzing and detailing business processes - both functional and technical - within the system, including crafting and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP) and appropriate guidelines for end-users and Administrators
- Training end-users and Administrators on system and reporting features

**Minimum Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited university/college
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of sophisticated IT systems is required (Project Portfolio Management Systems - preferably PPM Pro / Innotas)
