Pursuing Post Graduation/MBA/PGD ( 2nd/3rd Semester Preferable) || Fluent in English
- Reaching out to prospective clients (Restaurants), creating suitable offers and sign-up of new merchants to increase the subscriber base and maintain a healthy flow of business
- Registration and onboarding of new merchants, including documentation/ verification/ enrolment/ Payments and compete online registration process
- Responsible for being a point of contact for servicing requirements and service fulfilment for newly acquired merchants during the onboarding stage.
- Conducting handholding and training sessions with the merchant and their representatives to ensure that the transition of the merchant from their existing system to our system is hassle-free and convenient.
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service for both existing and newly acquired clients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
