**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively pursue and generate sales for the company’s hardware products, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, storage devices, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of sales deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments (e.g., B2B, B2C, enterprise, or government clients).
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, retailers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their hardware needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries and concerns, offering after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitors' products to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in computer hardware technologies and trends to provide clients with up-to-date solutions.
- Gather feedback from customers on product performance, quality, and service to help improve offerings.
- **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase the benefits and features of the company’s hardware products.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- **Sales Negotiations and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Draft and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and contract renewals to maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports to update management on progress, challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Provide sales forecasts to assist with business planning and inventory management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the product management, procurement, and technical support teams to ensure that client needs are met and product delivery is smooth.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective sales campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and support.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels.
- Qualify leads and prioritize sales efforts to focus on high-potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects, keeping track of leads, sales activities, and outcomes.
- **Training and Professional Development**:

- Continuously update knowledge of computer hardware products, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand complex hardware configurations and how they meet their specific needs.
- **Meeting Client Needs and Offering Custom Solutions**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their unique hardware requirements and provide tailored solutions (e.g., custom-built systems or configurations).
- Help clients with procurement decisions based on their specific budgets, performance requirements, and technical needs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Previous sales experience in computer hardware or technology products.
- **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components such as processors, memory, storage, and networking devices.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for tracking sales activities.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
