Job Description: MIS Executive

The person shall be responsible for creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, analyzing reports, monitoring data, and looking for trends and anomalies that might indicate abnormal behavior.
- Collate data & generate different reports.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating daily reports, MIS reports, dashboards
- Extensive daily excel based (use of advanced excel) reporting.
- Assimilate data from the system & analyze, create daily weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Analyze reports to detect problems during data collection.
- Responsible for collecting data, and coordinating with organizations & clients.
- Interacting with manager/supervisor and understanding requirements and creating dashboards and analyses.
- Generate and publish reports/dashboards in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Performing data analysis for generating reports.
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Any bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in data analysis & reporting Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively and efficiently
- Excellent excel & advanced excel (pivot tables, chart, text column & lookups, logical functions, V&H Lookup functions, etc.).
- Knowledge of data analysis and usage requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in managing databases.
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
- Quick learner with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
