ANNEXURE - I

MERAQUI - Scope of work:
The team is expected to go to the allocated sites on a monthly remuneration basis.

Visit 1:
1. Installation of energy meter kit

2. Laying of LAN cable

3. Laying of power cable for all the devices

4. Laying of conduit for the wiring and any other electrical works related to the

installations.

Visit 2:
1. Installation of 3 door sensors

2. Installation of 1 outdoor temperature and humidity sensor

3. Installation of 1 gateway

4. Powering all the devices installed at the site during the 1st and 2nd visits

5. Existing controller to gateway wiring depending on the communication port

availability.

Terms and conditions:
1. Atsuya will allocate a Point of Contact (PoC) to oversee the installation.

2. Engineers must notify the PoC before starting and after completing the

installation.

3. Team members must adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures

(SoPs).

4. Engineers from Atsuya will conduct a quality check post which the installation

will be deemed complete.

5. Any discrepancies identified during the installation will be reported to the

engineer, who will be expected to provide an immediate resolution.

6. Each team to complete 2 stores per day.

7. The teams are expected to be equipped with necessary tools, details of which

will be shared in advance.

8. Team members will meet at a central location decided by Atsuya Team from

where the conveyance to the store will be calculated and disbursed once in a

Month.

9. Atsuya will provide all necessary materials for installation.

10. The same team members will be assigned to the project for the entire contract

period.

11. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.

12. Resources will undergo training before installation and will be responsible for

their own safety during the project.

13. The team members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the

customer data.

14. The team is expected to clean the area, ensuring no wires or materials are left

behind.

15. The accidental Insurance will be the responsibility Meraqui to all the contracted

employees from within the package finalized and Atsuya will not take any

responsibility on their behalf.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹25,298.82 per month
