We have job opening for the **Purchase Executive** with below job responsibilities.

**Location: Thane**

**Total Experience: 2-4 yrs.**

**( Construction experience should be added advantage)**

**Key responsibilities would include;**
- Search location-wise vendors for material required at site.
- Send requirement to various vendors and get at least 4 quotations for rate comparison.
- Negotiate with all the shortlisted vendors for rates.
- Finalize the payment terms with the selected vendor.
- Prepare PO, take approval/signature of concerned authorities and share the same with the vendor.
- In case of an advance payment to vendor, share the required details with accounts team.
- Follow-up with accounts team till payment confirmation is received from the vendor.
- Follow-up with vendor for bill.
- Verify the bill received from vendor, take approval from concerned authorities and submit in accounts for processing payment.
- Prepare sales order for Cellular Light weight Concentrate (CLC) and submit the same to the concerned person for dispatch.
- Follow-up for outstanding bills
- Arrange transportation for delivery of material.
- Arrange labour for loading of material in the vehicle.
- Provide details to accounts team for generation of E-way bill.
- Provide Invoice and E-way bill to the transporter.
- Co-ordinate with transporter till material is delivered at the site
- Prepare sheet of online transaction for GST bills.
- Make monthly sheet of new vendors.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
