**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Write, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including the company website, blog, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- **Project Descriptions**: Develop detailed and visually engaging project descriptions that highlight the firm's architectural design, innovation, and impact.
- **Case Studies**: Research and write case studies that showcase the firm's expertise, process, and successful project outcomes.
- **Technical Writing**: Create clear and concise technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to architectural projects and proposals.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms.
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain and develop the firm's brand voice and ensure consistency across all content channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to gather information, insights, and feedback for content development.
- **Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, architectural innovations, and best practices to inform and inspire content creation.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that align with the firm’s marketing objectives and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree Architecture (B. Arch)
- **Experience**:min. 1yr. of experience in content writing within the architecture, design, or construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into engaging and accessible content.
- Familiarity with architectural terminology and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
