**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead academic planning, curriculum alignment, and student engagement activities
- Teach core courses in UX research, UI design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Guide students in real-world projects, internships, and portfolio development
- Integrate software training into design pedagogy to meet current industry demands
- Foster collaborations with industry partners and organize guest lectures/workshops
- Support faculty development and academic operations of the program

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Webflow
- Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic front-end frameworks
- Familiarity with interaction design for web, mobile, and emerging interfaces
- Ability to manage teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and mentor students effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant academic/industry experience in UX/UI and interaction design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, UI systems, and interactive prototypes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
