**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in Pharma Chemistry/Medical Chemistry courses for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
- Develop comprehensive curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the educational objectives and standards of the institution.
- Facilitate active learning experiences through innovative teaching methodologies, practical demonstrations, and laboratory sessions.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits, research projects, and career development within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Conduct and publish research in reputable journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in Pharma Chemistry/Medical Chemistry.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning and research opportunities.
- Participate in academic administration, such as curriculum development, student assessments, and program accreditation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- A Post Graduate Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in Pharma Chemistry/Medical Chemistry at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Strong research background with a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern teaching techniques, e-learning platforms, and educational technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to academic excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ph.D will be preferable.
- Experience in industry-related projects, collaborations, or pharmaceutical research.
- Familiarity with regulatory aspects and industry practices in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
