Ultimately, you will manage guest services and our business centre's image by answering guests’ requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.

**Requirements**:
**Professional experience in customer service, hospitality or retail (not mandatory though)**

Strong written & verbal communication and people skills (must have)

**Active listening skills**
- Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease
- Highly organized and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask
