Job Description:
A **Junior Academic Researcher/Biotech Researcher **is entrusted with the responsibility of actively participating in and
contributing to research endeavours within their specific field of expertise. This role involves
engaging in the entire research process, from conceptualization to analysis, while fostering the growth
of knowledge in a particular academic domain.
Responsibilities:

- Collaboratively develop and refine research plans, working closely with team members.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to identify knowledge gaps and stay abreast of field
- developments.
- Utilise various methods for data collection in support of research objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and publication of research findings in academic journals, fostering

effective dissemination.organisational objectives.Required Skills:

- Participate in teaching and mentorship activities, providing guidance to students.
- Foster internal and external collaborations, ensuring alignment of research efforts with
- Familiarity with research tools, statistical analysis software, and relevant technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Cultivate critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate effective time management and project management abilities.
- Uphold a commitment to ethical research practices.Qualifications:

- **A Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or B.Tech in Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, or Biotechnology**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
