- Maintain records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
- Train and guide team members for skill improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field.
- Experience in fitting, shot blasting, or related manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality inspection methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,222.27 - ₹42,638.04 per month
