- Work on IDAM security incidents which are escalated by Service Desk team

- Act as a SPOC for specific accounts and understand the customer setup completely.
- Perform account-wise trainings and other technical trainings to team members as and when required

- Coordinating with Support Team / Cross Domains to fix technical issues and hardware failures.

Should have minimum 3-6 year’s hands on experience in various network security products like Okta, O365, AD - Access Management
- Hands on experience in managing some of the below Access Management Solutions.
- Access Management - Okta- Access Management - O365- Single Sign On- Identity Federation- Resource Provisioning system- Azure AD- Azure MFA- Azure SSO- Azure RBAC, PIM- Azure AD Sync- Experience in Managing identity management, access management for Okta, O365, AD
- Knowledge of Access Manager implementation & configuration as needed for break fix
- Knowledge of authentication schemes & authorization policy rules configuration within Access Manager
- Performance tuning (LDAP indexes, cache parameters, threshold limits, etc.)
- Troubleshooting of any incident tickets escalated from L1 Support team
- Configuration and release management of bug fixes and enhancements
- Knowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuning
