**Job description - Outbound Sales**
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
- Providing product related information to the customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Good Communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and upselling along with support.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

& follow up to ensure sales.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Making Outgoing calls of customers and capturing important details in the system,
- Document accurately.
- Working Hours 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (Monday - Saturday) - Day Shifts.
- 6 Days Working.
- Freshers / Experienced both can apply.
- Min qualification
- High School, Under Graduate, Graduate & Post Graduate.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
- Should be good in Hindi/English.
- Experience Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Awareness about Online Selling Portals.
- Awareness about Skin Care, Cosmetics & Beauty Products.
- Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
- Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)

**Job Location**: - Noida Sector - 62 (Next to Electronic Metro Station)
