The Entrepreneurship In Residence content is an intrapreneurial role, rolling into senior management.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes content and has created viral content for a brand, agency or even an independent creator who has worked with multiple brands.

You can own the end to end video content strategy, ideate, shoot, execute and lead a team of internal and external agencies/ resources to create engaging content that can appeal to business audience - across enterprise and SMB segments. You understand virality and can intuitively create engaging, trending content. You are a great leader and team-player rolled into one because content is a team game You understand metrics so you can tweak your content strategy based on the metrics.

You are also great at curating influencer led content and leading influencer campaigns. In short, you can get content to work magic

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience as an independent creator or video content lead with a brand/ agency
- Specific examples of creating and leading viral content
- You have a proven network of studios, agencies, influencers to collaborate on content
- Experience with content forms like podcasts, webinars, live streaming
- Great (which means way above average) social media presence
- A working knowledge of seo to help boost organic views
- Hands-on experience in shooting/ editing
- Comfortable both on and behind the camera
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit/ ex-founders/ independent creators will be preferred
- Strategic thinking to understand how content can generate business value
