**Junior accounts executive**
*Job description
- Prepare monthly financial reports & various related statements.
- Assist in the formulation of the department s budget in compliance with applicable budget policy & guidelines.
- Supervise the departmental accounting function & coordinate the completion of periodic financial statements & record keeping.
- Advice department heads & managers on the use of & source of funds & Highlight the lost profit limit.
- Purchases commodities, services & capital items, spot checks shipments for quality & quantity.
- Maintain records of contracts, makes estimates of work & material costs.
- Assist in formulation of work measures to maximize efficiency & cost savings.
- Ensures that records for internal & external audits are prepared.
- Manage & control stock for all assets.
- Control the liabilities in company.
- Educate the Top and the Middle management in financially.
- Precede the company accounts without any confusion.
- Maintain the salary procedure.
- Maintain all the Book Keeping Procedures Preparation of monthly Budget & the Annual Budget.
- Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
- Fund flow analysis.
