**Responsibilities**
- Administer psychometric assessments and provide students and their families curriculum and career guidance.
- Develop and implement a career education program for school students, leveraging the Cialfo college and career platform.
- Develop and implement a college preparation program for school students leveraging the Cialfo college and career platform.
- Offer resources, professional expertise, and coaching that supports student achievement of the school's academic standards.
- Use multiple sources of data collection to analyse barriers to student achievement and access.
- Serve as a resource specialist for schools, teachers, and parents regarding any counseling needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional counseling techniques including documentation and student tracking.
- Establish professional networks within the international counseling community and the Higher Education global community.

**Requirements**:

- Must demonstrate mastery of all areas of counselling responsibility and be computer literate.
- More than 2-3 years of work experience in career and school counselling.
- Ability to work consistently prioritising and executing tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
- High-quality English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use discretion in managing confidential information.
- Curriculum design and development experience preferred.
- Career and College Counseling experience in High Schools preferred. #LI-Remote
