- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
- Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage.
- Promote brand image internally and externally.
- Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
- Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls and concerns.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Monitor the performance of others to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and verify information in various formats.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Pay: ₹16,565.30 - ₹37,131.35 per month
