**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a resourceful and imaginative Motion Graphics Designer with 3D graphic design skills. You will develop interactive motion graphics and animations in 3D for marketing campaigns and product demos. Together with this team, you will create eye-catching graphics that support our stories in order to further our brand vision.

**Principal Duties**:

- **Creative Project Management**: Oversee all creative productions, from concept to delivery and ensure projects are timely and of high quality.
- **Motion Graphics Designing**: Design motion graphics for explainers, product demos, advertising, and other such needs.
- **3D Graphic Designing**: Create engaging 3D models and animations using your experience in 3D design tools.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and on-brand visual content.
- **Video editing**: Meld the sound and images together with raw footage to produce finished videos.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure that all projects are of the same message and style.
- **Video editing**: Combine sound and images with uncut footage to create finished videos.
- **Multi-Channel Execution**: Manage the creation of content across offline and online marketing channels, making sure that it is consistent and engaging.
- **Trend Research**: Stay abreast of the latest trends in creative production, video, and animation to continuously raise the quality bar of content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, to include After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. 3D design tools, including Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
- Excellent knowledge of colour theory, typography, and animation principles.
- Capacity to build and animate 3D scenes and models.
- Proficient in motion graphics and video editing.
- Creative mindset that values narrative and attention to detail..

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience; prior experience in digital marketing or product demonstration preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-channel design for offline and online marketing.
- Experience in 3D graphic design and motion graphics across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong portfolio that showcases motion and 3D design work.
- Knowledge of sound editing and integration will be an added advantage.
