Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the bungalow, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and contractors
- Ensure the bungalow is kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
