**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and deliver training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, guides, and resources
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the evolving demands of the organization
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Proficiency in using modern training tools and technologies
- Ability to motivate and engage learners in a dynamic environment
