- **Video & Photography**: Shoot and edit content, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and lifestyle shoots.
- **Content Planning & Strategy**: Develop creative content ideas and collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar.
- **Social Media Optimisation**: Ensure content is optimised for social media platforms by understanding algorithms, trends, and best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- **Post-Production**: Edit videos and photos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
- **Shoot Coordination**: Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual content is of the highest quality and reflects our brand.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2-4 years** of experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media content planning.
- **Videography & Photography**: Strong experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to develop creative and innovative content ideas that align with the brand and audience.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, particularly **Instagram** and **YouTube**, and how to optimize content for each platform.
- **Editing Skills**: Proficiency in video/photo editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom**, or similar tools.
- **Understanding of Algorithms**: Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and how to optimize content to increase reach and engagement.
