**Experience**

**Responsibilities**
- Design modern, responsive websites and web interfaces using **Figma** and **Photoshop**.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into actual code using **Tailwind CSS**.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and improve design consistency across platforms and projects.
- Optimize design for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience strategies.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in web and mobile design.

**Skills**
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in **web design**, especially with responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in **Tailwind CSS** and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- Advanced skills in **Figma** for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Strong experience with **Adobe Photoshop** for graphic design and asset creation.
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design creativity and technical execution.
