**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Handle inbound queries regarding hospital services, doctor availability, timings, etc.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments for scheduling and service updates.
- Provide empathetic and clear communication to patients and their families.
- Ensure all calls are handled professionally and adhere to service quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Kannada** (both spoken and understood) - _Must_
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi (preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/clinic environment is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Pay: ₹8,345.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
