IT Executive

Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries/agendas, and process travel expenses
- Process monthly executive business expenses
- Prepare and organize vendor financial books for European travel
- Assist in planning budgets
- Works with studio and Burbank leaders to develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap to establish and maintain an IT infrastructure that can support WBIE’s aggressive growth and expansion plans
- For key vendors/contracts impacting multiple studios, evaluates studio needs in partnership with studio IT directors, leads vendor and deal evaluation, leads/assists in structuring and negotiating contracts, and determines studio allocations
- Provides guidance and direction to studio IT Directors
- Stays current on new developments in IT
- Facilitates cooperation and alignment between IT and game engineering teams

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
