1. To prepare Daily deployment chart/schedule of PSA.

2. Supervise over outsourced security deployed manpower.

3. Monitor PSA maintained documents such as - material movement/visitor movement/parking arrangement /elevator management, CCTV monitoring etc.

4. Conduct Surprise checks at odd hour and submit discrepancy report to KH security department.

5. Submit daily security/safety discrepancy reports to KH security department.

6. To Check If the Service provider is adhering to Statutory Compliances.

7. Generate Documentation for imposing penalty Per Man-day on the Service Provider (Ref SLA). Ensure that they Follow the dress code, norms of personal hygiene (usage of body deodorant) and personal grooming as is appropriate and in line with overall policies of KH.

8. Resolution of any problems as and when occurred and highlighted by KH security department.

9. Maintain tasks and Staffing, training and management of PSA personnel services.

10. Impart Training over Security and Disaster Management, CCTV monitoring, Mock drills and use of Fire Extinguishers, Elevators rescue, etc to internal/PSA staff.

11. Maintain records of Security, Fire fighting, Lift Operation, Disaster Management, Parking Management, Key Management & CCTV Monitoring.

12. Comply with all reasonable requests and instructions from your supervisory personnel or manager as designated.

13. Comply with the KH safety and security procedures at all times.

14. They are mainly to assist in carrying out the smooth running of the department.

15. In addition to that they conduct various departmental Investigations / inquiries in connection with pilferage and acts of indiscipline by the staff and submit their report with suitable recommendations.

16. Take regular security rounds of the hospital and co-ordinate with other departments in implementing and maintaining the required discipline and order in the hospital.

17. Checking the service entrance gate security where all out going and returnable materials are checked and their gate passes are documented and preserved.

18. Ensuring smooth flow of the vehicular traffic through the hospital porch.

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 5-10 Years

Qualification : Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills. Only Females preferred from mostly Aviation industry.
