_**Position**:_
- **1. Senior Internal Auditor**_
- **2. Junior Internal Auditor**_**Responsibilities**:_
- **1. Audit Planning and Execution**:_
- _Develop audit plans and programs for auditing stores, inventory management, purchase processes, and finance & accounts functions._
- _Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and prioritize audit activities accordingly._
- _Perform detailed testing and analysis of transactions, controls, and procedures to assess compliance and effectiveness._
- **2. Inventory and Store Audits**:_
- _Evaluate inventory management practices, including stock valuation, inventory counts, and reconciliation processes._
- _Verify the accuracy of inventory records and assess the adequacy of controls to prevent loss, theft, or spoilage._
- _Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency._
- **3. Purchase Department Audits**:_
- _Review procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements._
- _Assess vendor selection, contract management, and purchasing processes for efficiency and effectiveness._
- _Investigate potential instances of fraud, waste, or abuse in purchasing activities and recommend corrective actions._
- **4. Finance & Accounts Audits**:_
- _Review accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections._
- _Analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper classification of transactions._
- _Verify compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field._
- _Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI) certification preferred._
- _Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in internal auditing._
- **Organization: GOJAS Education LLP**_
- **Work Location: Corporate Office, Kadugodi, Whitefield Bangalore**_

**Salary**: ₹339,717.19 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
